  /  ClaunicornX

Another weekend with several huge league clashes is coming as we bring you all you need to know ahead of it.

Inter vs Juventus

UTC 2019/10/06 18:45 Sunday

Inter have a 100 per cent record in Serie A this season after six matches but that will be seriously put to the test on Sunday when they welcome defending champions Juventus. And Juve are two points behind Inter heading into Sunday's match after drawing away to Fiorentina in gameweek three.

Ronaldo and Higuain were both on the scoresheet against Leverkusen and could keep Dybala out of the team once again here. Ramsey will hope to replace Federico Bernardeschi in the role behind the two strikers on Sunday, while Adrien Rabiot and Emre Can are in competition to replace Sami Khedira if the veteran needs a rest.

Lukaku was left behind for Inter's trip to Barcelona on Wednesday due to a muscle strain and Conte will be desperate to have his summer signing available to face Juventus on Sunday, especially with Alexis Sanchez suspended.

D'Ambrosio is capable of playing in Inter's back three or as the right wing-back should Conte shuffle his pack from Wednesday's 2-1 defeat to Barcelona.

Probable Lineups

Barcelona vs Sevilla

UTC 2019/10/06 19:00 Sunday

Barcelona have won their last three competitive games, though none of them have been comfortable by their usual standards. Valverde's side may have questions about their away form, but thus far at Camp Nou Barca boast a 100% record.

Lenglet misses out due to suspension for the home side after picking up two yellow cards against Getafe. Alba and Firpo are both injured for Barcelona, which will lead to Semedo filling in at left-back. Todibo should partner Pique at centre-back for the hosts, given that Umtiti is still struggling with an injury.

Probable Lineups

Real Madrid vs Granada

UTC 2019/10/05 14:00 Saturday

Real Madrid will be looking to get back to winning ways after consecutive draws with Atletico Madrid and Club Brugge in LaLiga and the Champions League, respectively.

Thibaut Courtois is expected to be fit to start this weekend after being substituted at half-time midweek due to illness.

Nacho is out with a knee injury alongside Ferland Mendy, which paves the way for Marcelo to feature at left-back. Toni Kroos and Luka Modric are expected to start in midfield ahead of James Rodriguez.

Probable Lineups

Newcastle vs Man Utd

UTC 2019/10/06 15:30 Sunday

Manchester United were held to a 0-0 draw away to AZ Alkmaar on Thursday and didn't record a shot on target. United's woes continue and they are now without a win away from home in their last 10 matches in all competitions.

Jesse Lingard suffered a hamstring injury in Thursday to join Paul Pogba on Manchester United's injury list.

Luke Shaw has been back in training for the last week. Lindelof was a surprise starter in midweek, which could see Tuanzebe partner Magurie at centre-back away to Newcastle. Martial is closing in on a first-team return but may only make the bench at best here.

Probable Lineups

Liverpool vs Leicester

UTC 2019/10/05 14:00 Saturday

Liverpool battled to a 1-0 win over Sheffield United to maintain their 100% start to the season and they'll now aim to head into the international break with an eighth successive league win this season to their name. Unbeaten in their last eight home meetings with Leicester, and having won their last 16 Premier League matches, the Reds are rightly favorites to secure the win here.

Maddison may miss out with an ankle problem, which would be a blow for the Foxes, but Rodgers will give the creator every opportunity to recover. Matty James, however, miss out with a calf problem. Rodgers may name the same XI that blew Newcastle away last weekend, Maddison's fitness pending.

Probable Lineups

Southampton vs Chelsea

UTC 2019/10/06 13:00 Sunday

The Blues recovered from successive losses to win their last three, to both ease into the next round of the Carabao Cup and notch their first Champions League win of the season. However, on the road Chelsea have been far from solid at the back having conceded at least two goals in their last three away league matches.

Azpilicueta will be fretting for his starting spot at right-back after Reece James featured from the off in Lille, though after a lenghty layoff, Lampard may resist the temptation to use the youngster. Lampard could make a sole change from the side that started against Brighton, with Kante coming in for Barkley in midfield.

Probable Lineups

Man City vs Wolves

UTC 2019/10/06 13:00 Sunday

Manchester City could be eight points behind leaders Liverpool by the time they face Wolves on Sunday. Pep's side have won their last five matches and have kept a clean sheet in four of those matches. That will please Guardiola given their crisis at centre-back at the moment.

De Bruyne is expected to miss out once again for City after suffering a groin injury at the start of the week. Sane, Stones and Laporte remain sidelined. As Sergio Aguero started in the Champions League on Tuesday, Gabriel Jesus will hope to start against Wolves on Sunday.

Probable Lineups

Arsenal vs Bournemouth

UTC 2019/10/06 13:00 Sunday

Arsenal romped to a 4-0 win over Standard Liege on Thursday night and the resounding victory means they have won four of their last five matches. Unbeaten in seven, the Gunners should be confident of extending that run against Bournemouth.

Emery has plenty of options at full-back after both Tierney and Bellerin played the full 90 minutes in Standard Liege clash, though the Gunners boss may resist the temptation to have them play two games in the space of three days.

Lacazette and Rowe sit out the welcome of Bournemouth through injury. Ceballos could come into the side that started the 1-1 draw at Manchester United, while Chambers may continue at right-back.

Probable Lineups

Brighton vs Tottenham

UTC 2019/10/05 11:30 Saturday

Spurs will be reeling from their 7-2 home defeat to German powerhouse Bayern Munich on Tuesday night and are aiming to immediately bounce back before the international break. However, the north London side have now failed to win their last nine away league outings, with their form very much a cause for concern.

Giovani Lo Celso and Ryan Sessegnon remain Tottenham's only injury concerns ahead of their trip to Brighton.

Serge Aurier is suspended following his red card in the 2-1 win over Southampton, with Davinson Sanchez set to get the nod at right-back.

Christian Eriksen started the 7-2 loss to Bayern from the bench, but should feature from the off here.

Probable Lineups

Bayern vs Hoffenheim

UTC 2019/10/05 13:30 Saturday

There's sure to be a bit of comedown for Bayern after their magical 7-2 Champions League win at Spurs. But Hoffenheim have never won in Munich in their Bundesliga history in 18 attempts and do not look like ending that miserable run any time soon. A routine home win is expected as the record German champions head serenely to an eighth successive Bundesliga title.

Lucas Hernandez went off feeling his knee last week in Paderborn, while Alaba had to go off against Spurs with sore ribs. Both are unlikely to be rushed back.

Central defender Boateng also limped off in North London with a muscle injury, but has returned to training. Alphonso Davies or Martinez are candidates to help out in defence, should Boateng not be risked. Goretzka is ruled out for several more weeks following a thigh operation.
