Erling Haaland cannot seem to take to the pitch at the moment without smashing more goal-scoring records.

The Borussia Dortmund starlet hit a sensational brace on Tuesday night to hand the German giants a 2-1 first-leg advantage in their last-16 tie with Paris Saint-Germain.

Haaland stabbed in a rebound in the 69th minute to give Dortmund the lead before Neymar equalised shortly after. It was Haaland who had the last laugh though, smashing a powerful shot into the top corner from distance to win it.

Another two goals means Haaland has now scored 10 Champions League goals in just seven appearances, reaching the mark four games quicker than any other player in the competition's history.

He became just the fifth man to reach 10 goals in his debut season in the Champions League, joining the likes of Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane, Claudio Sulser and Just Fontaine in achieving the feat.

The Norwegian is also just the second player to score 10 Champions League goals as a teenager after Kylian Mbappe, his opponent on Tuesday night, and the first to do so in a single European campaign.

Another brace also continue his ridiculous form in front of goal since joining Dortmund from Red Bull Salzburg in January.

Haaland has now scored 10 goals in seven appearances for Dortmund, which is the most by any player in Europe's top five leagues since his debut last month.

He also became the first Dortmund player ever to score on his debut in the Bundesliga, German Cup and Champions League.

'I still need to improve, keep working,' Haaland said at full time.

'I want to go far in the Champions League. With the second goal I enjoyed the moment.'
