Thierry Henry has heaped praise on Arsenal star Gabriel Jesus after the striker's performance on Wednesday night.
The Brazilian was on the scoresheet as the Gunners thrashed RC Lens 6-0 in their Champions League group stage clash and, in turn, confirmed their place in the knock-out rounds.
Jesus scored the second of the six goals - five of which were scored in the first-half - before later picking up the Player of the Match award.
Arsenal legend Henry clearly agreed with the the decision, as he showered the former Man City striker with praise in his post-match analysis.
Speaking on CBS Sports, Henry reflected on Jesus' goal and said: 'I just love this. He did it against Manchester United, I don't know if you remember on the break.
'Everyone thought he was going to shoot there. Watch how he does it. Oops, chops and goes back. Gabriel Jesus is a very important player for us.
'Will he ever score 20-25? I hope so. But what he does in general, it's just great for us.'
Jesus applied a composed finish in the 21st minute to double Arsenal's advantage, after Kai Havertz's opener, before Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard, Gabriel Martinelli and Jorginho rounded off the scoring.
Elsewhere, Arsenal fans were beside themselves after witnessing Declan Rice show off his elite tackling abilities in their 6-0 Champions League demolition.
Despite not getting in on the scoring at the Emirates, Rice received praise for his incredible double tackle that thwarted an attack from the French side in the second half.
The England midfielder nicked the ball of the toes of Lens defender Kevin Danso before swiftly turning and executing a perfect diving challenge to dispossess Neil El Aynaoui.
Arsenal fans took to social media to laud the eye-catching salvo, with many convinced that his summer arrival has heralded a period of the success for the north London club.
'Declan is out of this world man,' wrote one fan on X, formerly Twitter. Another wrote: 'That’s world class idgaf what anyone says…Rice is Ridiculous.'
While another hoped the return of Thomas Partey and January additions would see Mikel Arteta's side claim major honours this term.
'Partey, Timber, and January signings, are about to join this team soon. Damn!!! We'll be unstoppable.' They wrote.
A third of the way through the campaign, Arsenal are in good shape to win big. The side currently sit top of the Premier League and have ensured they will meet a second-place team in the Round of 16 with a game to spare.
Arteta's side face Wolves at the Emirates in their next fixture before travelling to Kenilworth Road to take on Luton.
