Harry Kane’s hectic summer

Harry Kane has been the subject to intense speculation regarding his future since he told Gary Neville that he wanted to leave Tottenham this summer.

Manchester City have semingly been the only possible destination for the Englishman all summer, and, heading into the final week of the transfer window, this remains the case.

Will a move for the 27 year old happen, though?

David Ornstein has his say

The headline journalist for The Athletic, David Ornstein, spoke to NBC News on the situation heading into the dying days of the window, and whether he thought a move was going to happen.

When quizzed on the possibility, Ornstein said:

In further good news for Tottenham fans, he continued:

Tottenham have been linked with both Metz midfielder Pape Sarr and Wolverhampton Wanderers Adama Traore before the window closes, although it remains to be seen whether both deals can be achieved in the final week of the transfer season.

However, Kane staying would be worth plenty to Tottenham, even if the fans take some time to forgive his antics.
