Insigne began his professional career with Napoli youth team in 2006, after making his Serie A debut for the senior team in 2010, however, he was soon sent on consecutive season loan spells... In 2012, he returned to Napoli. 2019, Insigne was made the official captain of Napoli. Now, he has represented the club for almost 250 games!
