JACK GREALISH celebrated winning the Premier League title with his beloved little sister Hollie.
The Manchester City star was an unused substitute as the champions made it four titles in four seasons with a 3-1 win over West Ham.
Grealish, 28, lifted the trophy alongside his team-mates on the pitch as Kyle Walker poured beer into his mouth.
And his boozy celebrations continued as Man City's players partied at a bar until 5am.
But before hitting the town, Grealish shared a wholesome moment with his sister Hollie.
With his Premier League winners' medal around his neck, the England star hugged and kissed her on the cheek.
Hollie posted the photo on Instagram and captioned it: "The best."
Grealish is very close to his 20-year-old sibling, previously referring to her as his "best friend".
Hollie was born with cerebral palsy - a condition which affects movement and balance.
She was born three months premature and was not expected to be able to walk or talk.
But she incredibly defied the odds and can now do both.
Hollie was on the pitch last season when Man City again won the league.
And Grealish always posts an adorable snap of them together on her birthday, previously throwing her a special party on her 18th.
