Leandro Trossard has welcomed Declan Rice to Arsenal after the former West Ham United captain completed his transfer to the Emirates Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
He was pictured on the plane alongside new teammate Trossard, who posted the photo of the pair on social media. His Instagram story caption read: "New neighbour. Welcome at Arsenal @declanrice (handshake emoji)."
Rice will be hoping to make his unofficial Arsenal debut this week when they take on the MLS All-Stars in Washington DC during the early hours of Thursday morning.
After that, the Gunners travel to New York, where they will face Erik ten Hag's Manchester United before a match against La Liga champions Barcelona in Los Angeles. Arteta and Co will then host Ligue 1 outfit Monaco to the Emirates on August 2 before the north Londoners' Community Shield showpiece against Manchester City on August 6.
