Leeds United's remarkable season is being captured by a film crew and could land the club a documentary deal - especially in light of the 'Spygate' scandal.
However, the star of the show, manager Marcelo Bielsa, has not spoken to the filmmakers, and this could be an issue for the likes of Netflix and Amazon.
Sportsmail understands that The City Talking – a Leeds-based film company – have been given behind-the-scenes access, a move instigated by United owner Andrea Radrizzani.
However, a deal with the likes of Amazon or Netflix is yet to be signed, even though this is shaping up to be a memorable campaign.
Leeds are two points off top in the Championship with a game in hand and Bielsa has made headlines for all manner of reasons since joining in the summer.
The Argentine admitted to spying on all of their opponents this season after a club employee was questioned by police as he attempted to watch a Derby County training session last month. The club were this week fined £200,000.
But on the field Bielsa has forged a team who look set to end the club's 15-year stay outside the Premier League and the eccentric boss has won many admirers. Promotion would be the fairytale ending to any film.
