Manchester United left-back Luke Shaw has taken his fitness regime to a new level after signing up with Kevin De Bruyne's nutritionist.
Jonny Marsh, who boasts De Bruyne, Kyle Walker and John Terry among his high-profile clients, has been brought in by Shaw as he looks to build on his promising start to the new campaign.
The 23-year-old has previously come under criticism over his weight but he recently explained that jibes simply spurred him on.
Shaw, who is in the final 12 months of his contract, looked to get a head start before the rest of the squad returned to Carrington this summer as he had individual training with Gary Walker, United's head of strength and conditioning, in the soaring heat of Dubai.
As part of Shaw's package, described by Marsh as 'one of the biggest', the Manchester-based private chef will cook each evening meal in the defender's home.
Shaw, who scored what proved the winner against Leicester on Friday night, also gets meal preps, pre match meals and special nutritional shots to help boost performance levels on matchday.
