Nick and Nate Diaz have poked fun at old foe Conor McGregor for the video he shared of himself smoking a suspicious cigarette.
The Irishman posted a clip puffing on a roll-up while on a family holiday in the South France, strangely tagging Real Madrid star Sergio Ramos, captioning it: 'What you reckon Sergio Ramos' before adding the hashtag 'MoMoneyMoProblems?'
Nick Diaz responded to the video re-posted on a separate Instagram account, writing: 'This fool don’t smoke weed.'
He then posted it on his story with the word 'LOL', written over the image, which was shared again by Nate despite it not being clear what specifically McGregor was smoking.
The Diaz brothers have cultivated an image to which marijuana is a key component, with Nate regularly lighting up in the crowd at UFC events and before and after his big fights.
They are both vocal advocates of legalising the substance, which is now the case in their native California.
In the video, McGregor received a lighter from a man who then walked away as he was lounging on a sunbed.
He thanked the man quietly before lighting the suspicious-looking cigarette, taking it out of his mouth to show off his tattoos and nearby drink, before exhaling out.
The Irishman then repeated the process as the words appeared on the screen, before ending the clip with a wink.
McGregor's rivalry with Nate is well established having lost his first UFC fight against the Stockton fighter before going on to exact revenge.
There was a fractious build-up to both fights and in one incident, both Diaz brothers threw water bottles at McGregor at a press conference with the 'Notorious' replying in kind.
McGregor is currently retired from action but many believe he will return, with a trilogy fight against Nate one of his primary options.
