Arthur's mother has criticized the rumor that Inter chief executive Marotta would prefer to receive Arthur as part of a deal from Barcelona for Lautaro Martinez.
According to Tuttosport, Arthur could be one of several new midfielders to join the club in the Summer if Marotta gets his way as Inter could go in for Fiorentina's Gaetano Castrovilli or Udinese's Rodrigo de Paul.
However, Fox Sports Brasil echoed the news and published it on Twitter.
And Arthur's mother Lucia replied on twitter that "news published without knowledge", which may suggest that Arthur won't leave Camp Nou in summer.
