Match Report

It was Chelsea who opened the scoring after just three minutes through Abraham's well-taken goal, only for the hosts to equalise only 156 seconds later as local boy Todd Cantwell side-footed home from close range after some lovely build-up play.

In what was an action-packed first half at a sun-drenched Carrow Road, however, the visitors soon found themselves back in front thanks to Mason Mount's composed finish.

Norwich fought back, though, as the in-form Teemu Pukki made it five goals in his first three Premier League appearances to level matters again on the half-hour mark, only for Abraham to win it with his second goal midway through the second half.

Match Events

3' GOAL! Norwich City 0-1 Chelsea (Abraham)

Pulisic plays in Azpilicueta on the overlap and the full-back picks out Abraham, who sends a first-time finish past Krul from inside the box.

6' GOAL! Norwich City 1-1 Chelsea (Cantwell)

Cantwell shows some good footwork and plays the ball across to Pukki, who lays it on a plate for his team-mate to side-foot through the legs of Kepa from close range.

17' GOAL! Norwich City 1-2 Chelsea (Mount)

Mount makes it two goals in two games. Norwich try to play the ball out from the back, fail to do so and Pulisic slips the ball into the feet of Mount, who brings it inside and fires a shot past Krul.

30' GOAL! Norwich City 2-2 Chelsea (Pukki)

Pukki gets in behind the Chelsea defence and fires the ball across Kepa from a tight angle to make it five Premier League goals in three matches.

38' Kepa makes brilliant double-save

Kepa parries Buendia's long-range shot into the path of Hanley, but the center-back is unable to beat the Chelsea keeper from the follow-up attempt, although he would have been flagged for offside anyway.

68' GOAL! Norwich City 2-3 Chelsea (Abraham)

The Englishman brings the ball inside Hanley and catches out Krul with an earlier-than-expected shot to double his career goals tally for the Blues.

78' NO GOAL! Zouma's shot ruled out for Giroud's earlier foul

Krul, under pressure from Giroud, is unable to keep hold of a cross in the six-yard box and Rudiger helps the loose ball over the line. There are no celebrations, though, as Martin Atkinson quickly signaled for a free-kick - a harsh call given Giroud did not exactly back into Krul.

90' Mount subbed off with injury

Mount is unable to continue after pulling up with an injury. Alonso is on in his place, meaning a slight tweak in formation for the closing stages.
