OFFICIAL: Netherlands' Malen & Veerman called up to replace De Jong & Bergwijn

Netherlands coach Ronald Koeman has added Donyell Malen and Joey Veerman to the Dutch national team selection. PSV midfielder Veerman replaces Frenkie de Jong. The Barcelona player suffered upper leg injuries after the game with Real Madrid and is not available for the Dutch squad.

Malen (Borussia Dortmund), who made 19 appearances for Oranje, replaces Steven Bergwijn, who had to sign out with a knee injury.

The Dutch national team starts the training camp on Monday, which marks the start of the EURO 2024 qualifying series. Next Friday - 24 March - the Dutch will play France in Paris, and the following Monday - 27 March - Gibraltar will be the opponent in Rotterdam.
