Pochettino contract info revealed & Klopp release clause emerges amid Juve links

  /  autty

Juventus are in the market for a new boss after parting with Massimiliano Allegri.

Two names that have been linked with the job are Liverpool and Tottenham managers Jurgen Klopp and Mauricio Pochettino respectively.

It is very, very unlikely the former would leave Anfield for Juventus given what he has achieved so far and what he could still achieve in the future in Liverpool.

It is also unlikely Pochettino will leave Spurs for the Turin-based club, should they indeed come calling, although the Argentine's cousin has talked up the possibility.

Tuttosport reports that Klopp currently earns around £7million-a-season at Anfield and will do so until 2022.

The Italian publication adds that Klopp's contract does however include a £32million release clause, which can be triggered by interested clubs.

Spurs manager Pochettino, meanwhile, is contracted until 2023 at Tottenham, where he earns £8.5million-a-season, as reported by The Times.

But unlike Klopp, Pochettino's contract contains no release clause.
