Declan Rice and Eric Dier were amongst a host of Premier League stars who put their London rivalries aside to enjoy a plush Bank Holiday meal on Monday night.

The West Ham and Tottenham men were seen leaving popular restaurant Scott's after heading out for dinner and drinks in Mayfair, where they were joined by Rice's Hammers team-mate Michail Antonio along with Crystal Palace and Newcastle players.

Eagles duo Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze were also present, as was former Arsenal forward Joe Willock.

The six top-flight stars may well have been in contrasting moods on the night, as Palace and Spurs ran out winners over the Bank Holiday weekend while West Ham and Newcastle came unstuck.

Rice and Antonio suffered a 2-1 defeat against Arsenal at the London Stadium on Sunday, almost 24 hours after ex-Gunner Willock's Newcastle were beaten 1-0 by Liverpool at St James' Park.

Palace, on the other hand, came from behind to snatch a 2-1 victory away at Southampton on Saturday, before Dier's Spurs brushed aside Leicester in a 3-1 home win the following day.

With the weekend's action over, all six players headed to Scott's to let their hair down before top-flight football resumes next weekend.

Nevertheless, Rice and Antonio have a quicker turnaround before their next fixture, as West Ham are gearing up for a pivotal Europa League semi-final showdown with Eintracht Frankfurt on Thursday.

David Moyes' men were beaten 2-1 by the German club in last week's first leg, meaning they have it all to do in the decider this week.

If they overturn the deficit, the Hammers will secure a place in their first European final for 46 years.

Willock, who swapped London for Tyneside in 2021, will next be in action when Newcastle host Premier League leaders Manchester City on Sunday.

Olise and Eze will line up for Palace against Watford on Saturday, while Dier and Spurs have a tough trip to Liverpool in store later that evening.

After their Europa League semi-final, Rice and Antonio visit Norwich with West Ham on Sunday.
