Arsenal are going well in the Premier League this season and we've ranked each player based on what they are currently valued at.
Mikel Arteta has galvanised this young group of players and they deservedly lead the way in the title race with just 10 games to go. The Gunners have the youngest squad in the league which also adds plenty of value to their squad.
Arsenal have made an effort to invest in young and upcoming players and they are now seeing the benefits of that. The likes of Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli and William Saliba have all been key players this season.
It will come as little surprise to learn that Saka is Arsenal's most valuable player, with a valuation of £96.8million right now. He is now regarded as one of the best players in the league and is deserving of his lofty valuation.
“Saka is a 'big moment' player and he produces at crucial times in big football matches,” Paul Merson told Sky Sports.
“He's not the player that gets a hat-trick against a side bottom of the league or he's not grabbing the seventh goal in a 7-0 win. At Arsenal, he's getting the first goal, the equaliser or the winner. He's getting assists at crucial moments.
“He's a 'big occasion' player and there are not a lot of them around.
“There are players that will do a lot of things in games but they won't be in the most important part of the game. Saka does do that, however, on a weekly basis. He's been turning it on for Arsenal all season with the goals and assists he's got.
“I can't talk highly enough of the lad. He's improved immensely and I don't mean improved because he now goes past four or five players, but it's his end product.”
Elsewhere in the Arsenal squad, Martin Odegaard and Gabriel Jesus are each valued at over £65million. Odegaard especially has thrived in North London this season.
Arsenal have been one of the best defensive units in Europe this season and their defenders quite rightly hold high valuations. The likes of William Saliba, Ben White and Gabriel Magalhaes all have a valuation of over £40million.
