Real Madrid remain determined to sign Paris Saint-Germain ace Neymar and their president Florentino Perez is preparing a record-breaking €350m offer to land him, according to Diario Sport.

Reports had been rife that the superstar striker was unsettled in the city of lights and would welcome a return to Spain.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez decides that Neymar is the man to take the club out of the mess after their Champions League exit at the hands of Ajax.

It is believed that Florentino is now determined to right the wrong after failing to purchase players to replace Cristiano Ronaldo last summer.

Spanish news outlet Diario Sport say that following the humiliations suffered by PSG and Real Madrid in the Champions League, Neymar's rumoured move to Real Madrid is edging closer.

Sport also reports that Real Madrid are prepared to get the deal over the line immediately with an irresistable €350m offer in which Neymar will earn €45m per year.

It is also suggested that Kylian Mbappe is not Real Madrid's immediate target. Given that the 20-year-old does not want to leave France, Los Blancos feel they will not be able to sign him.
