SPAL have officially signed Vasco Regini on loan with option to buy at the end of the season from Sampdoria.
The 28-year-old centre-back can also play on the left side of a four-man defence.
He did not make a single appearance for Samp this season and was growing increasingly frustrated.
His previous clubs include Cesena, Foggia, Empoli and Napoli.
