Pre-season has started for Luis Suarez as the Uruguayan ended his holidays and returned to Barcelona training on Wednesday morning.
The Uruguayan striker was given an extended rest period after being involved at the Copa America but is now back working under Ernesto Valverde's orders. Should there be no setbacks from now until the weekend, Suarez will be available for the Trofeo Joan Gamper match against Arsenal on the 4th August.
Suarez wasn't the only new face though as Moussa Wague was also working by his side, with the youngster expected to become more of a first team player in 2019/20.
Gerard Pique was the source of the day's best news though. The defender appears to have put the worst of his injury behind him and he returned to working with the group.
