The mother-of-two wrote: 'Always making me smile Mr T Johnterry.26.'
John has been documenting the trip away and on Thursday, he showed off his toned physique as he relaxed on the beach with his beau.
The football ace grinned in blue and white butterfly-print swim shorts as he posed next to Toni on the gorgeous Algarve beach.
He threw on a pair of aviator-style mirrored sunglasses as he smiled next to his wife of 12 years.
Toni, who is mother to twins Summer and Georgie, 13, displayed her golden glow in a tiny coral pink bikini for the holiday snap.
She left her brunette locks loose around her shoulders and wore a matching pair of mirrored sunglasses for the outing.
Later in the day, John hit the gym in a series of snaps posted to his Instagram Stories.

The former professional footballer clearly had no intention of slowing down for the family break as he underwent some high intensity training at the resort.
Toni, however, showed a more relaxed side to the break, filming the gorgeous view from their lunch spot as they enjoyed oysters and fresh salads.
It comes after the football ace offered a glimpse into his stylish home, including a framed print which was hung on the wall behind Toni reading: 'F**k dancing, let's f**k.'

The WAG styled her ombre locks in loose flowing waves which cascaded down her shoulders, while sporting a full face of make-up in bronze hues.

Toni and John have gone married in a romantic ceremony at Blenheim Palace in June 2007.

As well as having their own personal chefs and spa therapists, the 1.4 hectare paradise, surrounded by the Indian Ocean, boasts a master residence, five villas, cocktail bar, wine cellar, both indoor and outdoor gyms and a 40-metre pool.

Toni previously spoke to the Sun about the start of their romance admitting she had no idea he was a footballer when she first met him.
She said: 'When I first met John he was just a trainee footballer and I was earning loads more than him working for a surveying company, we hit it off straight away and I thought he was very nice.
'We started going out for dinners, I would always pay because he didn't have much money, he would come and pick me up in his tiny, blue Citroën Saxo- it was a simple life.'
Speaking of life now, she went on: 'John stays in Birmingham three nights a week while he trains at [Aston] Villa but I'm used to him being away now as it's the job, like it was at Chelsea, when he's back he's a great dad.'
