Bologna coach Thiago Motta insists he is committed to the club.
Motta, after their 2-2 draw with AC Milan, was asked about the Barcelona job following Xavi's announcement he will leave the post at the end of the season.
He replied: "I don't come with my chest out, ever, but with my feet on the ground , knowing that we would have a great performance.
"I am satisfied with my career as a footballer, I have played in the best clubs in the world. I have always felt very Italian. I am a coach with great happiness.
"I am not thinking about the future, but about the present: we deserve what we are doing."
