The last test event before Tottenham Hotspur finally move into their new stadium is a big one for the fans, as legendary Spurs players have come together to play a match against Inter Forever.

The brand new dressing room will have the names of Harry Kane, Dele Alli, and co on the digital screens from April 3 onwards, but on Saturday it was decked out with familiar names of yesteryear.

Paul Gascoigne, Jurgen Klinsmann, Robbie Keane, and Rafael van der Vaart were just a few of the big names on the team sheet for the match taking place at Tottenham's £1billion new home.

Tottenham had to hold a number of test events at the new stadium before holding a Premier League game there. After the match against Inter Forever, the Spurs first team will take on Crystal Palace on April 3.

The official Spurs Twitter account has been posting images and videos of the event. One showed Gazza giving two thumbs up, while another saw Robbie Keane posing with Dimitar Berbatov.

Paul Gascoigne was posing once again later on in front of his classic number 8 shirt.

Jurgen Klinsmann, who went on to manage Germany, Bayern Munich, and the United States after his playing career, was pictured walking out onto the pristine pitch and taking in the new stadium.

They had their first training session at the stadium on Thursday, shortly after Harry Kane received his MBE.

Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino was full of praise for their new home after their training session.

'It is our new house, and our new home and it is going to be magic. White Hart Lane was magic and this is going to be one of the best of the best in the world.

'When it starts to feel like home it will be unbelievable. I really believe the future of the club is going to be fantastic.

'We are in a very good place in the Premier League and we know we have a massive challenge in the quarter-finals of the Champions League but with all our fans, with 62,000 people, we can make possible our dream to be in the semi-finals. Why not?'

Rafael van der Vaart has been particularly active on social media, posting plenty of pictures and videos of the event.

He posed with Paul Gascoigne and Robbie Keane before putting up a video of Tottenham's impressive new dressing room and of the view from the pitch.
