WWE superstar Rusev believes Real Madrid star Sergio Ramos has what it takes to become a professional wrestler.
The former United States champion is an avid Real Madrid fan and has backed the club's captain for a WWE run.
He told The Sun: “For the personality? I feel like Sergio Ramos.
“He has all the personality and all the right tools to be here, with us, and do what he has to do.
“(You need to) look like a superstar, dress like a superstar, act like a superstar, there's more to being in the WWE than being a professional wrestler.”
Ramos has a habit of picking up needless yellow cards, the most recent coming in Real's 2-1 Champions League last-16 first leg win over Ajax on Wednesday.
The 32-year-old was booked for an unnecessary foul on Kasper Dolberg in the 88th minute and the caution means he will miss the second leg at the Bernabeu.
But his post-match comments could land him in hot water with UEFA.
The Spain defender said: “Considering the result, I would be lying if I said I had not forced the yellow card.
“It is something I had in my mind and it is not about underestimating Ajax or assuming we are already through.
“In football you have to make tough decisions and I decided to do it.”
Ramos caused controversy during the final of last season's competition when he wrestled Liverpool's Mohamed Salah to the ground during the game, forcing the Egyptian out of the game prematurely with a shoulder injury.
