West Brom have rejected a £1million bid from Watford for goalkeeper Ben Foster.
The 35-year-old is due to be disciplined by West Brom, along with defender Craig Dawson, after refusing to join the club's training camp in Portugal on Tuesday.
Foster wants to leave following the club's relegation and has been frustrated at Albion's seemingly hardline stance over offers.
However, Watford's £1m bid is not regarded as a fair reflection of Foster's value and indeed was laughed out by Albion who had expected a much higher offer for a player who has also attracted attention from other clubs.
Despite their relegation, Foster has been one of the more consistent performers in the Premier League and is contracted until 2019.
For his part, Dawson has been the subject of £12m offers from West Ham and Burnley and is likely to be allowed to leave for the right price.
Foster's decision to stay at home is more surprising considering he pledged his future to the club just two months ago.
'I'll be here,' said the former England keeper, in April. 'I've got no interest in trying to move clubs.
'I'm very settled and I'm sure there are quite a few others who would love to stay and help us get back to the Premier League.'
