West Ham will face a battle to keep hold of Javier Hernandez in January with Real Betis and Sevilla the latest two clubs to express interest in the striker.
Hernandez has not been a regular starter under Manuel Pellegrini this season and his future at the club now looks uncertain with several teams in Spain weighing-up a move to sign him.
It is understood the Mexican international is content at West Ham but could be tempted by the opportunity of more first-team football.
Valencia have already made their desire to bring the striker to the Mestalla known and according to Marca, Real Betis and Sevilla have now also made contact with West Ham and enquired about the possibility of signing him.
The Spanish publication has claimed that the Hammers have responded by slapping a hefty £18million price tag on the 30-year-old which could deter both Betis and Sevilla from making a move.
Valencia are currently the frontrunners to land Hernandez's signature and are plotting a loan move in January, but any deal would depend on Chelsea allowing them to cut Michy Batshuayi's loan spell short.
The Belgian striker has struggled for goals this season and it is believed the La Liga club would not be able to afford both of their wages and would prefer to offload Batshuayi in order to bring in Hernandez, who had been their No 1 target in the summer.
Hernandez, who won many admirers during his brief stay in Spain with Real Madrid in the 2014-15 season, had been in a rich vein of form earlier this month scoring three goals in as many games, but he has been left out of West Ham's past two match-day squads.
It is unclear whether or not Pellegrini would be happy to let the striker leave, although it is thought the club would be much more willing to sell him permanently should their valuation of the player be met as opposed to allowing him to go out on loan.
