'You got nothing on', Henderson mocks Robertson for wearing strange underwear

Jordan Henderson has posted an Instagram story mocking his Liverpool team-mate Andy Robertson following their 3-0 win over Crystal Palace.

Liverpool went top of the Premier League for the first time since January after claiming three points against Patrick Vieira's side at home on Saturday.

Following the result, the Liverpool due took to the club swimming pool to recover after the game, but it was Henderson's story that got people talking.

Henderson filmed his team-mate climbing out of the pool, with the caption: 'Not fancy wearing slips?'

Henderson was also heard saying: 'Looks like you've got nothing on there, lad' as Robertson emerged from the water wearing a skin coloured underwear.

Robertson jokingly responded to Henderson’s comment by flexing and shouting 'yeah' at the camera.

The comical moment took place after Liverpool moved three points clear at the Premier League summit.

They were able to do so thanks to Sadio Mane - who scored his 100th Liverpool goal - Mohamed Salah and Naby Keita.

Mane also became the first player in Premier League history to score in nine consecutive games against a single opposition.

While Henderson reached a milestone of his own, having captained Liverpool for the 200th time since taking the armband.

Henderson played a total of 88 minutes before being replaced by Divock Origi late in the second half.

Robertson was, however, an unused substitute as Jurgen Klopp thought it was best to rest the defender following an intense start to the 2021-2022 campaign.
