Liverpool will parade the trophy through the streets of the city on May 26, a bank holiday Monday.
Slot’s heroes will board an open-top bus at 2.30pm, the day after they lift the trophy against Crystal Palace at Anfield, and set off on a journey past many iconic landmarks.
Following the same route as parades in 2019 and 2022, it will start at Allerton Maze in the south of the city.
It will travel northbound on Queens Drive towards the Fiveways roundabout and on to the Rocket flyover.
It will then loop around Mill Bank, West Derby Road, Islington, Leeds Street and the Strand before ending at Blundell Street.
Reflecting on the emotion of becoming champions of England, Reds defender Ibrahima Konate said: ‘After the game (against Tottenham) I walked into the stadium and sat in the stands to feel like a fan.
'I don’t have words to describe what I felt. I was close to crying. It’s unbelievable. We have to really enjoy it now.’
