Two of this season's leading scorers face off on Saturday as Augsburg and Alfred Finnbogason tussle with second-placed RB Leipzig and Timo Werner (kick-off 3.30pm CEST / 2.30pm BST / 9.30am ET).
Latest
Finnbogason has scored four times in just 172 minutes of Bundesliga action after missing the first part of the season with injury and the Icelandic forward will be hoping to add to that tally here. He will be joined in attack by Michel Gregoritsch, who also found the net in the dramatic 4-3 defeat at Borussia Dortmund on Matchday 7. Aside from Dong-won Ji and Julian Schieber, head coach Manuel Baum has no injury concerns.
Like Finnbogason, Werner has hit the net four times in the Bundesliga this term, most recently scoring a brace as Leipzig swept past Nuremberg 6-0 on Matchday 7. Head coach Ralf Rangnick has a full squad to choose from, so will likely start with his big-name players, including Emil Forsberg, Yussuf Poulsen, Kevin Kampl and Willi Orban, who made his international debut for Hungary last week.
Watch: Werner, a worthy Player of the Month candidate for September!
