Harry Kane has become Tottenham Hotspur's all-time leading goalscorer in European football after finding the net against Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday night.

The England striker bagged the 24th European goal of his career when he was played in behind the Dortmund defence by Moussa Sissoko to give Spurs a 1-0 lead on the night and a 4-0 lead on aggregate in their Champions League second round clash.

It was just the latest in the long list of achievements by Kane since breaking into the Spurs first team as he continues to put up eye-watering scoring numbers for club and country.

The 25-year-old has won the golden boot in two different Premier League seasons as well as last summer's World Cup and his goalscoring exploits are showing no sign of slowing down.

He now has 14 goals in just 17 Champion League appearances to go along with his 10 goals in the Europa League for the club.

In the aftermath of his record-breaking 24th European goal for the club on Tuesday night, Spurs fans were out in force on Twitter to celebrate the striker they say is one of their own.
