A diner has claimed he was beaten until bloody by security after his family tried to take a photo on his daughter's 21st birthday at a Miami hotspot where Lionel Messi and the Beckhams were partying, it was revealed today.

Security reacted angrily to the unnamed guest at Gekko restaurant, which is owned by Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny and nightclub impresario David Grutman, on Friday.

The victim was accused of trying to photograph Lionel Messi and his wife Antonela Roccuzzo, which he denied, claiming: 'They jumped at us, they kicked me out and punched me in the face.

'Just because my homeboy was trying to take a picture with his wife, not with Beckham or Messi, nothing. It was a family thing'.

Security kicked him out and allegedly attacked him while outside, resulting in his bloodied and bruised face. In footage of the chaotic aftermath, a woman can be heard hysterically yelling: 'He's a family man, celebrating his daughter's 21st birthday.'

An exclusive DailyMail.com video showed Victoria Beckham rushing her 12-year-old daughter Harper out then embracing her before putting her in a security-driven SUV.

Messi and Antonela were dining at the Japanese steakhouse alongside fellow Inter Miami stars Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba and the Beckham family, at around 10pm on Friday. Antonela had posed for pictures with her footballer husband and Victoria before the violence broke out.

A source close to the Beckhams told MailOnline that the couple had a 'great evening' and found out about the brawl the next day.

The unidentified man claimed that when he tried to take a photo with his family, he was abruptly thrown out of the establishment before getting a jab to the face.

He said Messi was in one corner, and his friend and his wife were in the opposite area taking photos.

A woman was later heard yelling out to the bouncer who is believed to have been the culprit behind the beat down.

'How dare you! Where's the manager? How f****** dare you! That's f****** crazy!' she exclaimed.

'Someone needs to get fired,' she cried out as the men in her party call the bouncer a 'b****.'

Puerto Rican rap star Bad Bunny, who co-owns the restaurant, was seen entering and exiting the establishment, getting stopped along the way by eager fans looking for selfies with the Puerto Rican rapper.

Social media posts circulated from the same night showing Messi and Antonela dancing at the venue.

Messi and David had headed out to party in Miami to celebrate a 4-0 victory over Charlotte FC in the Leagues Cup.

Messi scored his eighth Miami goal in just his fifth appearance for his new team as they advanced into the last four of the Leagues Cup and now have a realistic shot at winning a trophy next weekend.

It was Messi who rounded out the scoring with a goal of his, converting from close range with a thunderous left-footed strike and the ball had been cut back into the area.

Busquets, who was pictured posing for selfie with Grutman at the restaurant on Friday night, said after the that it is 'beautiful' to play with Messi again.

Miami coach Tata Martino meanwhile insisted that it isn't solely down to Messi that the team has started to improve its form. Friday's win over Charlotte was Miami's biggest in 2023.

'It's not just Leo – we have found different ways of being able to score,' Martino said.
