AC Milan are eyeing West Ham United centre-forward Gianluca Scamacca for the summer market.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports a first meeting has taken place between directors of both clubs.
The Rossoneri were interested in the Italy international when he was with Sassuolo ahead of last August's switch to West Ham.
Since his €36m move, Scamacca has battled to impress in the Premier League. In all competitions, the 1.95m striker has eight goals.
The 24-year-old has not played since the beginning of January due to a knee injury.
