ESPN reports the USA international is attracting interest from Serie A and the Premier League.
Italian giants AC Milan are among the clubs that have opened their eyes to the 21-year-old.
In England, it is Newcastle, Fulham and AFC Bournemouth who are keen on Scally.
However, Scally has no intention of leaving Gladbach in the middle of the season, but a transfer will be considered in the summer.
His contract with Gladbach runs until the summer of 2027.
