Mourinho wants Man Utd's move for Koulibaly

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is trying to convince the club's board to fund a move for Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly, according to The Times.

After failing to sign a central defender in the summer, the Portuguese gaffer is keen on signing the Senegal international who has also attracted interest from Barcelona.

Koulibaly recently signed a new five-year deal with the Partenopei in September.

MLS club target Taarabt

An undisclosed Major League Soccer club has made an offer for Moroccan winger Adel Taarabt, Record reports.

Taarabt is currently on loan at Genoa from Benfica and is yet to make an appearance for the Portuguese side since his arrival from QPR in 2015.
