Toby Alderweireld has insisted Tottenham are not daunted by their upcoming trip to Liverpool despite their troubling form.
Tottenham have won just one of their previous seven games after labouring to a 1-1 draw against rock-bottom Watford on Saturday.
Mauricio Pochettino's men needed a late goal from Dele Alli - his first since January - to avoid another embarrassing defeat.
Things do not appear to be getting any easier for Tottenham with their Champions League group game against Red Star Belgrade on Tuesday followed by a trip to Anfield, but Alderweireld is determined to remain positive.
'You can see it two ways,' said Alderweireld. 'It's a big opportunity for us on Tuesday. We must use that.
'Then Sunday is a big opportunity. Look, we're a team, let's go again. Let's go, like that second half. Our best, it's all we can do.'
