Chelsea transfer news with a comprehensive run through of each of Todd Boehly's deals since taking over the Blues alongside Clearlake Capital

15 months, three transfer windows, 30 first team signings, over £1billion ($1.2bn) spent. Chelsea Football Club under the Todd Boehly-Clearlake Capital watch has been short but eventful so far.

When they committed over £2.5billion (3.1bn) to buy the club from Roman Abramovich in May 2022 plus a further ten years of control with more than £1billion ($1.2bn) being put towards the infrastructure and continued development of the entire club and its numerous teams, few thought that the transformation we have seen would ensue.

Here, football.london rates each of the three transfer windows so far with each player ranked between 1-10 for their impact and effectiveness so far. Not included are those who have been signed for the academy such as Isha Samuels-Smith and Jimmy-Jay Morgan.

Kalidou Koulibaly (£35m, Napoli) 4, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (£12m, Barcelona) 2, Omari Hutchinson (free, Arsenal) N/A, Marc Cucurella (£60m, Brighton) 1, Wesley Fofana (£70m, Leicester) 6, Raheem Sterling (£45m, Manchester City) 6, Denis Zakaria (loan, Juventus) 4, Carney Chukwuemeka (£15m, Aston Villa) 6, Gabriel Slonina (£12m, Chicago Fire) N/A, Cesare Casadei (£20m, Inter) N/A

There's a chance for Sterling, Chukwuemeka, Casadei and Fofana to have a much bigger impact moving forward, but right now it's not been a good look.

Noni Madueke (£35m, PSV Eindhoven) 6, David Datro Fofana (£10m, Molde) N/A, Andrey Santos (£12m, Vasco de Gama) N/A, Benoit Badiashile (£35m, Monaco) 8, Enzo Fernandez (£106.8m, Benfica) 9, Mykhailo Mudryk (£62m, Shakhtar Donetsk) 3, Joao Felix (loan, Atletico Madrid) 6, Malo Gusto (£20m, Lyon) 6

The January window was a clear shift in direction for Chelsea after they managed to implement a new team of recruitment directors to lead their business. This was the start of a massive drive to bring in youth and many of those signed are seen as players for the future.

Moises Caicedo (£115m, Brighton) 6, Romeo Lavia (£58m, Southampton) N/A, Robert Sanchez (£20m, Brighton) 5, Nicolas Jackson (£30m, Villarreal) 7, Djorde Petrovic (£23m, New England Revolution) N/A, Diego Moreira (free, Benfica) N/A, Angelo Gabriel (free, Santos) N/A, Cole Palmer (£45m, Manchester City) 5, Christopher Nkunku (£52m, RB Leipzig) N/A, Axel Disasi (£35m, Monaco) 5, Lesley Ugochukwu (£23m, Rennes) N/A, Deivid Washington (£13m, Santos) N/A

Jackson has started well despite scoring just once and may well, like Badiashile, prove to be a good value for money. Palmer is a talented player but commanded a high fee despite inexperience, Caicedo's price was overblown by Brighton but his quality is evident, Sanchez is already competing for his place having only come in less than eight weeks ago.

Many of these won't be proving their worth over the next season, perhaps even two or three, but that alone doesn't answer the questions being thrown the way of Chelsea's owners.
