Andre Schurrle has claimed the January Goal of the Month for his stunning effort in Fulham's away defeat by Burnley.
The German's long-range strike gave Fulham an early lead at Turf Moor, before Burnley came back to claim a 2-1 victory.
Schurrle latched on to a long ball over the top from Denis Odoi, took the ball down first time with his right boot, set himself and then unleashed a powerful shot that cannoned in off the underside of the bar.
Speaking about the goal, Schurrle said: 'I see Dennis [Odioi] with the ball, it was a beautiful ball and I just tried to control it somehow and get the shot off and obviously I hit it well and it was a beautiful goal'.
The 28-year-old believes the goal ranks near the top in his career: 'Probably top 3, the control was quite beautiful.
'It's something you can't practice in training, you need to get the feeling to get the ball down and get the shot off'.
Schurrle claims the award ahead of Marcus Rashford, for two goals against Brighton at home and Tottenham away, as well as Diogo Jota's third goal against Leicester in a 4-3 win.
Others on the shortlist included Sergio Aguero's strike in a top-of-the-table clash against Liverpool, Willian's curler against Newcastle, James Ward-Prowse's effort against Everton and Callum Wilson's rocket against West Ham United.
