Angola goalkeeper Neblu was sent off after just 17 minutes of his side's Africa Cup of Nations clash against Namibia.
Neblu was left distraught after he was dismissed for handling the ball outside of his penalty area.
As a result of Neblu being sent off, Angola took off midfielder Estrela, with substitute goalkeeper Antonio Signori entering the fray.
Just before half time Namibia were also reduced to ten men in the round of 16 clash, with Lubeni Haukongo being sent off for a second bookable offence.
Angola established a 2-0 lead, with Gelson Dala scoring two goals in four minutes just before half time.
Angola progressed to the knockout stages after finishing top of Group D as they took seven points from three games.
Namibia, meanwhile, managed to make it through as one of the best third placed teams having accrued four points from three matches in Group E.
