The FA have charged Arsenal and Manchester City for surrounding referee Anthony Taylor during their top of the table clash on Wednesday.
An FA statement said both clubs were alleged to have failed to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
Arsenal’s players were deemed to have surrounded the referee in the 56th minute of the match at the Emirates Stadium.
City were adjudged to have surrounded the match official in both the 42nd and 64th minute of the game.
Both clubs have until February 21 to respond to the charges.
