The draw for the FA Cup fifth round has produced a mix of heavyweight clashes and potential giant-killings, with Premier League leaders Arsenal set to travel to League One side Mansfield Town.

Mansfield earned their glamour tie after stunning top-flight strugglers Burnley 2–1 at Turf Moor last weekend.

Their reward is a home showdown against 14-time FA Cup winners Arsenal, who will be wary of another upset in a competition famous for its unpredictability.

Defending champions Manchester City face a stern test away to Newcastle United in an all-Premier League encounter.

The tie is a repeat of one of this season’s League Cup semi-finals and promises to be one of the standout fixtures of the round.

Elsewhere, bottom-placed Wolverhampton Wanderers host high-flying Liverpool in another intriguing top-flight battle.

Brentford secured their place in the fifth round thanks to an own goal in a 1–0 victory away to sixth-tier Macclesfield.

Macclesfield had earlier shocked holders Crystal Palace in the previous round, but their fairytale run came to an end.

Brentford will now travel across London to face West Ham United.

Championship outfit Wrexham welcome eight-time FA Cup winners Chelsea, while Fulham entertain Southampton.

Leeds United will host fellow second-tier side Norwich City in an all-Championship clash.

Sunderland, meanwhile, face a second successive away trip and will meet either Port Vale or Bristol City.

Their fourth-round replay was postponed until March 3 due to a waterlogged pitch.
