Aston Villa romped to their biggest win under Steven Gerrard as they thrashed Southampton 4-0 at Villa Park.
Ollie Watkins scored for the second consecutive game to break the deadlock inside nine minutes, before Douglas Luiz doubled Villa's lead just before half-time.
Philippe Coutinho added a third soon after the break before Danny Ings made sure of the win by netting against his former club two minutes later.
