Valverde's men are in the Copa del Rey final, two wins away from claiming LaLiga and face Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League semi-final.

Despite a reluctance within the club to publicly discuss the possibility of the Catalan side claiming the treble, Ernesto Valverde's side are just six steps from away from bagging the Copa del Rey trophy, retaining their LaLiga crown and lifting the UEFA Champions League for the sixth time in the club's history.

Under the guidance of Pep Guardiola in the 2008/09 season the club became one of the few European sides to win their domestic league and cup along with Europe's greatest honour. This feat was repeated with Luis Enrique on the 'azul-grana' bench in the 2014/15 season.

La Liga all but secured

Barça need just six points to be mathematical La Liga champions and could even be awarded the title as soon as Wednesday should they beat Alavés in Vitoria on Tuesday and Atlético lose at home against Valencia on Wednesday night. If Simeone's side win or draw then Valverde's outfit can bag the title on Saturday at Camp Nou as they face struggling Levante.

The next trophy on the line for the Catalan side is the Copa del Rey. Barça could lift their fifth consecutive title on May 25th where they face Valencia at Real Betis' ground Benito Villamarín.

Barça saw off Premier League opponents Manchester United last week to seal a Champions League semi-final berth against Liverpool with the victors set to face either Spurs or Ajax in the June 1st final in Madrid. The final hurdle in Barça's triple title stakes.
