Chelsea were showered with praise following their recent FIFA Club World Cup success but that phrase took on a whole new meaning for some of their stars on Tuesday night.

Injured trio Ben Chilwell, Reece James and Callum Hudson-Odoi walked out with the trophy to celebrate their success with the Blues fan base ahead of their Champions League last-16 first leg 2-0 win over Lille.
But as they strode on to the Stamford Bridge applauding and holding the trophy aloft, they were left soaked by the sprinklers as they watered the pitch pre-game.

The trio found the moment hilarious as they laughed and moved to avoid getting wet any further.
They didn't let the incident dampen their mood, which was further boosted by the European champions comfortable win over Lille later on.
Kai Havertz and Christian Pulisic scored either side of half-time in west London.
Havertz, who had already had two attempts on goal early in the game, headed down a Hakim Ziyech corner in the eighth minute to give them the lead.
Pulisic hit the second in the 63rd minute with a curling finish after N'Golo Kante's surging run and pinpoint pass.
