Brazil have put the finishing touches to their preparations for Friday night's friendly clash with Uruguay at Arsenal's London Colney training ground.

The Selecao looked in high spirits on Thursday as they get set to go up against their South American rivals at the Emirates Stadium.

It is the first of a double-header of international friendlies for the five-time World Cup winners as they continue their recovery from a quarter-final exit in Russia.

After facing Uruguay in north London Tite's side meet Cameroon in Milton Keynes next Tuesday.

Neymar and team-mates, including a host of Premier League stars from Roberto Firmino to Richarlison, have been based in Hertfordshire throughout the week.

It won't be a full strength Brazil side taking on Uruguay with Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho and Real Madrid left-back Marcelo dropping out of the squad  due to thigh injuries.

It led to the call-ups of Beijing Guoan's Renato Augusto and Alex Sandro of Juventus.

Brazil have also lost Real Madrid defensive midfielder Casemiro, who has a right ankle injury.

The Selecao have won all four of their matches since crashing out of the World Cup to Belgium.

They defeated the United States 2-0, El Salvador 5-0, Saudi Arabia 2-0 and old rivals Argentina 1-0 over the last couple of months.
