Brighton's Propper fails to make a SINGLE touch as he limps off

Brighton midfielder Davy Propper failed to make a single touch as he limped off at Wolves after just 10 minutes.

The Dutchman is one of Brighton's more creative central midfielders but couldn't influence the game at all in the short time he was on the pitch.

Propper didn't touch the ball once in the opening 10 minutes at Molineux before he was forced off with a suspected hamstring problem.

According to Opta, that is a feat no Premier League player has repeated since Jason Roberts nine years ago.

The former Granada international also suffered a similar fate to Propper when playing for Blackburn Rovers against West Ham in December 2010.

The forward also failed to touch the ball as he was forced off with an injury just 10 minutes into the game.

The injury suffered to Propper on Saturday only compounds Brighton's problems with Chris Hughton's men facing a tough battle to beat the drop this season.

Propper has been one of Brighton's better players this season but now could be ruled out of some of their key upcoming fixtures.

Hughton will however be boosted by the fact his side avoided defeat for the first time in five games after holding out for a 0-0 draw at Wolves.
