According to reports from foreign media Insider Gaming, the free football game "UFL," in which Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has invested $40 million, will officially launch on September 12.

The game will be available on next-generation console platforms (XSX/XSS and PS5). Previously, the game underwent a free weekend test from June 7 to June 9, during which it was downloaded over 1.5 million times.

Developer Strikerz Inc. defines the game as a "fair-to-play" game, emphasizing "skill-first" and ensuring there will be no "pay-to-win" issues, which are their "core principles." However, the game will still include a battle pass and microtransaction system. Additionally, Strikerz Inc. plans to attract 15 million players within 12 months.

Previously, media leaks revealed the top ten player ratings in the game. The players rated in the top ten are: Jude Bellingham, Kevin De Bruyne, Erling Haaland, Kylian Mbappe, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Vinicius Junior, Frenkie de Jong, Kai Havertz, Harry Kane, Lautaro Martinez, and Conor Gallagher.
