Jamie Carragher has sent a timely reminder to Gary Neville over his comments about Liverpool winning the Premier League.
The Reds took a huge step towards claiming their first league title in 30-years after beating Manchester United 2-0 at Anfield.
Virgil van Dijk headed Liverpool ahead before Mohamed Salah added a second in stoppage time.
Jurgen Klopp's side are now 16-points clear of second-place Manchester City, having amassed 64 points from a possible 67 on offer so far this season.
And taking to social media post-match, Carragher was quick to remind his fellow Sky Sports pundit about what he said about the Reds back in the summer.
“I can guarantee that Manchester United will win again. They will win again no problem,” Neville said at Sky Bet's Premier League launch back in August.
“They will win the league. They will probably win the league before Liverpool, in my opinion.”
But following Liverpool's victory on Sunday afternoon, Carragher was quick to remind his old England team-mate about what he said.
Taking to Twitter, the Bootle-born Kop icon simply tweeted the clip along with “#LIVMNU @GNev2” followed by an emoji of a man shrugging.
Liverpool return to Premier League action against Wolves on Thursday night.
