Manchester United manager Eric Carrick revealed in his pre-match press conference ahead of the away game against Leeds United that Mazraoui has resumed partial training and is expected to return to the squad. Carrick also provided an update on centre-back Lisandro Martinez's recovery status.

Mazraoui has not featured for Manchester United since the international break, missing Tuesday's away defeat to Atlético Madrid and the previous 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford.
In late September, Mazraoui was substituted due to a suspected injury during Morocco's 2-0 victory over Lesotho.
However, Carrick's comments during his pre-match press conference suggest that Mazraoui appears to have overcome his injury concerns and is ready to return to action.
When asked about the squad situation before the away game against Leeds United, Carrick said: "Yes, the squad situation is slightly better. Hopefully, Mazraoui can rejoin us."
"He's done some training, so he will be back in the squad. For us, it's a positive step in the right direction."
However, Dorgu, Šeško, and Ugarte are definitely unavailable for Sunday's match, while the availability of Mainoo and Luke Shaw remains in doubt.
Yoro's red card suspension from the away game against Atlético Madrid only applies to European competitions, so with Manchester United set to visit Como next Wednesday, Mazraoui's timely recovery is particularly opportune.
Meanwhile, De Ligt is also gradually nearing a return. He was on the bench for the mid-week away game against Atlético Madrid.
So, after an absence of 11 months, will De Ligt soon be able to start again?
Carrick replied: "Every training session, every day that passes, every week that passes, being able to get back in with the squad, back on the bench again... He was back on the bench the other night, and I think that's a great step for him."
"We still need a bit of patience to gradually help him regain his form and get back up to speed with the team."
"It's really good to see him back with us. Obviously, being reintegrated into the team has made him much happier."
"The past few months have been very tough for him, and he's had to work hard to overcome those difficulties. He deserves credit for his recovery."
"So, yes, we are very happy to have him involved with the team again."
