West Brom and Monaco have agreed a £10million fee for Nacer Chadli.
The Belgium international is expected to complete his move over the next 24 hours with a medical planned for Thursday.
Since joining Albion from Spurs for £13million two years ago Chadli has made just 37 appearances.
After a solid debut campaign at the Hawthorns, Chadli, troubled by recurring thigh injuries, played just four times last season as the club were relegated.
He was, however, fit enough to play a major part in his country's march to the semi-finals of the World Cup.
The winger featured in six of his country's seven games in Russia, contributing a goal and an assist.
