Arsenal wonderkid Charlie Patino left his mark by scoring on his professional debut in Tuesday's 5-1 victory over Sunderland in the Carabao Cup.
Patino, who has been described as Arsenal's best academy prospect, came on as a second-half substitute and scored in stoppage against the League One side.
The 18-year-old might be a name that very few have heard about before his Carabao Cup exploits, but many Arsenal fans are well aware of his talents.
In part this can be down to a wonderful solo goal for the Under-23s which went viral earlier this season.
The goal which came in a 3-1 win against rivals Manchester United in September, started with the youngster winning the ball as the Red Devils looked to play it out of defence.
Patino quickly got to his feet and brushed off one player before dribbling between another two players.
United veteran Phil Jones then came sliding in with a challenge which Patino averted, before the youngster then dinked the Red Devil's number two goalkeeper Dean Henderson
Although it is his only goal for Arsenal's U23s this season, it showed the Gunners fans just what he can be capable of.
Patino was discovered playing two years above his age group in Luton Town's U13's and was signed by Arsenal at the age of 11.
Arsenal had to battle interest from some of their biggest Premier League rivals including Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester City to land the wonderkid.
His impressive performances in the club's youth ranks led to him making his professional debut against Sunderland.
Patino put the ball in the back of the net from a Nicolas Pepe pull-back to make it a dream debut.
'It was a dream. As a debut to come here, to score in front of our fans, a really special moment,' Arteta said.
'He is a kid that is coming through our system, a lovely kid.'
Arteta added: '(The fans) know what he can become and now we have to cook him slowly. Today was a good start.'
