Having initially said that the game would go ahead behind closed doors, the British government will allow ticket sales for Chelsea's Champions League quarter-final first leg against Real Madrid at Stamford Bridge.
The measure will apply for all fixtures that the Blues play, both men and women, including the fixture on April 6.
Away tickets for Premier League matches will also be available to Chelsea fans, and fans of other clubs will be able to buy tickets for away games Stamford Bridge.
All income raised will go to the Premier League, rather than the club, due to the sanctions imposed on the club's owner, Roman Abramovich, by the British government.
